1998
- Bought 1998 by Adam Wilcox for use in Class A British F3. Did a few races early in the season in a F398 with a Mugen Honda engine with SpeedSport. Joined TOM’S and drove a couple of races with their own 037F chassis, before they switched to a Dallara chassis. Did two races before TOM’S were bought out by Audi and Wilcox moved to Intersport and a F398 with an Opel engine. Best results were a 5th place at Snetterton and a P7 at Silverstone
- For remainder of 1998 driven by Warren Carway. Best result was a 13th overall at Pembrey
1999
- Sold to Diamond Racing for use by Takuma Sato in Class B during 1999. Sato was quick and would become an F3 champion in the future. Class win at Silverstone on his debut, with class wins at Spa and at Silverstone later in the season. Despite joining the season half way through, Sato still finished 4th overall in the championship. The engine had been changed to a Mugen Honda
2000 – 2001
- Ray Rowan then bought it, and ran Christian Columbo (an Italian) in 2000, then Aaron Scott in 2001 (both B Class). Colombo finished runner up to Gary Paffett in the championship. Best result 12th overall at Silverstone. I think the car likes Silverstone… For 2001 a Toyota engine was re-fitted. Scott’s best result was a 20th place finish at Brands Hatch.
2002 – 2003
- Paul Knapton acquired it to use in ARP F3 (now BRSCC F3 aka ClubF3) during ’02 and ’03. Paul finished 4th overall in the championship in 2002, and was a regular visitor to the podium. Highlight was a pole, win and fastest lap at Castle Combe. 2003 was less successful and Paul finished 7th overall, but still had a couple of podium places.
2004 – 2006
- Knapton possible races twice in ARP F3 (information scarce).
- Andy Uttley bought it in ’04, and raced it with Monoposto in ‘05 and ’06 (and ’04?). Won once at Castle Combe in 2006.
- Scored one win at Castle Combe in 2006.
2007
- Rented by Amnon Needham during ’07 and suffered some heavy crashes
2008-2010
- Sold to us in middle of 2008, and re-prepared for Monoposto ’09 and ’10.
