The car was present on the Monoposto stand, and recieved lots of attention and admiring comments. I’d love to write about it, but the job list for testing in a weeks time is so long that I don’t have time. You’ll just have to wait and I’ll write my take on the show, briefly, when time is less precious. I did, however, take the opportunity to add a couple of pictures of the car to the gallery so you can see how lovely the car looks. That will change once it’s been shotblasted on a track, but you can’t have everything… Busy, busy, busy…

We are currently sans-Dallara. It was delivered to the Race Retro show yesterday evening, and it’ll be on the Monoposto stand until Sunday. Martin, Andrew and I are going to be there on Sunday too, manning the stand, meeting people and trying to convince people that Mono is where they want to race!! I’ll take some pictures whilst I’m there, not least of the Dallara in it’s current guise. It looks pretty impressive now, and is enhanced by some brand new tyres Avon have lent us for the show (they aren’t the tyres we’re racing on though). The only thing of any magnitude we didn’t finish was the diffuser nappy, which was floppy, cracked and generally in poor condition. Re-laminating parts of it in carbon would have taken too long, so it’s been left off, but I don’t think anyone would notice…
